Did you know that the first emotional Machine was demonstrated in MIT AI Lab?! In 2011, personal assistants like Cortana, Siri and Google Now that were developed have now become mainstream AI tools.AI’s contributions extends to development of computer functions associated with human intelligence, such as reasoning, learning, and problem solving. You can pursue a career in AI to be a machine learning researcher, business intelligence developer, machine learning engineer, data scientist etc. Top universities like Carnegie Mellon University, MIT, Stanford University offers best artificial Intelligence programs. 

Shaun will provide an introduction and focus on business applications of AI. Dhaval will lead the interaction on various careers in AI, requirements of institutions and career / academia outcomes.

Meet our AI Expert Shaun Dsouza 

Shaun Dsouza has completed a B.S. from Cornell University with a Double Major in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, where he graduated Cum Laude. He completed his M.S.E in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department. Shaun is currently at Accenture in Technology Consulting researching machine learning, algorithms, compilers, and systems. His areas of focus include Machine Learning (NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, AI and Cognitive), OOP (Java, C#, C++, Python, JS), Algorithms, Systems Design and Programming, Data Structures, Linux. By Developing machine learning algorithms for supervised learning, unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning, Shaun has published several extensive research papers and also granted a patent. He has also worked at Intel, the Tata Group and Wipro.

Meet our Director Dhaval Mehta 

Dhaval Mehta is an expert career coach and counselor who is passionate about delivering measured career outcomes to committed individuals who seek them. With a bachelors in Computer Science and Economics from University of Michigan, Dhaval has over 14 years of experience across Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Consulting and Education Management with top Companies including Citibank, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Kotak and other Fortune 500. He has led primary offerings of DLF, HDIL, Edelweiss, Central Bank. He has been the greatest advocate of quality interdisciplinary education, and has been navigating students and institutions through products and services since 2012. In his capacity, TCC has worked with over 500 academic institutions in India, and over 100 across the globe and serviced over 50,000 students. He is also an active member of the UM Alumni Network.
