FOR STUDENTS

Standardized tests are used to determine how much a person has learned in a subject or generally. This makes it easy for colleges to assess the aptitude of students coming from diverse backgrounds. We help students with such test preparations. Some standardized tests that you can take and which are mostly mandatory if you would like to study abroad are.

SAT

The (Scholastic Assessment Test) SAT is an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities to make admissions decisions. The idea is to provide colleges with one common criterion that can be used to compare all applicants. Your SAT score is a pivotal component of your college applications. Most Colleges use these scores to help decide whether to admit students or not.

ACT

The American College Testing (ACT) is an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities to make admissions decisions. It is a standardized test admission officers use to compare applicants from different schools and different states.

AP

Advanced Placement is a program run by College Board (the makers of the SAT) that allows you to take courses right in your high school that can earn you college credit and/or qualify you for more advanced classes when you begin college.

IELTS

The International English Language Testing System, or IELTS, is one of the most widely used English language tests in the world. It comprises reading, writing, listening and speaking subtests and is designed for people who want to study or work in an English-speaking environment. The test fee is around $200, but it’s best to check specific test centres to determine the cost in the local currency.

TOEFL

Test of English as a Foreign Language is the most popular English proficiency exam accepted in North American universities. TOEFL tests the international students’ usage and understanding of North American English as it is spoken, written and heard in college and university settings. The TOEFL test is developed and administered by Educational Testing Service (ETS), which sets the questions, conducts the test, and sends each examinee the score report.

GRE

The GRE General Test is a standardized test created and administered by the Educational Testing Service, commonly known as ETS, that is designed to measure overall academic readiness for graduate school. Some grad programs require that applicants take not only the general test, but also a GRE Subject Test that assesses technical knowledge related to a specific discipline like physics, psychology or mathematics.

GMAT

The Graduate Management Admission Test is a computer adaptive test intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English for use in admission to a graduate management program, such as an MBA program.
